Section R20-5-810. Employee Representatives

A.      Employees may appear in person or through a representative.

B.       An authorized employee representative shall be deemed to control all matters respecting the interest of such employees in the proceeding.

C.      Affected employees who are represented by an authorized employee representative may appear only through such autho- rized employee representative.

D.      Withdrawal of appearance of any representative may be effected by filing a written Notice of Withdrawal and by serv- ing a copy thereof on all parties.
