The main office of the Industrial Commission of Arizona is located in Phoenix, Arizona. An office is also located in Tucson, Arizona. The offices are open for the transaction of business from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. every day except Saturdays, Sundays and legal holi- days.
