Section R20-5-510. Safety Requirements for Material Hoists

Every owner or operator under A.R.S. § 23-491.02 shall comply with the standards of the American National Standard Institute Safety Requirements for Material Hoists, ANSI, A10.5-2006, which is incorporated by reference. This incorporation by reference does not include any later amendments or editions of the incorpo- rated matter.
