Section R20-5-508. Safety Standards for Belt Manlifts

Every owner or operator under A.R.S. § 23-491.02 shall comply with the standards of the American National Standard Institute Safety Standard for Belt Manlifts, ASME A90.1-2003, which is incorporated by reference. This incorporation by reference does not include any later amendments or editions of the incorporated mat- ter.
