Every owner or operator under A.R.S. § 23-491.02 shall comply with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Safety Stan- dard for Platform Lifts and Stairway Chairlifts ASME A18.1-2005, with amendments as of November 29, 2005, which are incorporated by reference. This incorporation by reference does not include any later amendments or editions of the incorporated matter.
