  • A.      A licensee can apply for renewal of an employment agent license under A.R.S. § 23-528 by filing a completed renewal application with the Department before the date of the expira- tion of the license. In addition to the information described in R20-5-303(5), a licensee shall include the renewal license fee in A.R.S. § 23-528(B).

    B.       The Commission shall deem an employment agent license expired if a renewal application is not filed with the Depart- ment before the expiration date of the employment agent license. If an employment agent license expires, the formerly licensed agent shall file a new application which meets the requirements of this Article for an initial application.

    C.      If a timely and complete renewal application is filed with the Department under this Article, the Commission shall consider the existing employment agent license valid, subject to com- pliance with A.R.S. § 23-531 et seq. and this Article, until a new license is issued or an order of the Commission refusing to renew becomes final.
