Section R20-5-302. Computation of Time

A. In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by this Article, the Commission shall not include the day of the act or event from which the period of time begins to run. The Com- mission shall include the last day of the period computed unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday in which event, the period shall run until the end of the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday. When the period of time prescribed or allowed is less than 11 days, the Commission shall exclude intermediate Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holi- days in the computation of time.

B. Except as otherwise provided by law, the Commission may extend time limits prescribed by this Article for good cause.
