Section R20-5-205. Resolution of Authorization

If the Commission grants authorization to self-insure, a Resolution of Authorization to Self-insure will be issued. The issuance of the Resolution shall be conditioned upon the deposit with the Commis- sion, prior to the effective date stated in the Resolution, of the bonds or other securities specified by A.R.S. § 23-961(A)(2) and this Article.
