Section R20-5-204. Denial of Authorization to Self-insure

If the Commission denies an application for authorization to self- insure for failure to comply with A.R.S. § 23-961(A)(2) or for fail- ure to comply with the requirements of R20-5-202 or R20-5-203, the Commission shall issue an Order to the applicant refusing authorization to self-insure. An appeal of such denial may be made pursuant to A.R.S. § 23-945.
