Section R20-5-138. Hearing Calendar and Assignment to Adminis- trative Law Judge; Notification of Hearing

  • A.      The chief administrative law judge shall maintain a hearing calendar. The chief administrative law judge shall ensure that a request for hearing filed in accordance with this Article is:

    1.        Placed on the hearing calendar, and

    2.        Assigned to an administrative law judge who is desig- nated as the presiding administrative law judge.

    B.       A presiding administrative law judge may hold a hearing at an earlier date than required under A.R.S. § 23-941(D), if all par- ties to the proceeding agree.
