Section R20-5-1216. Judicial Review of Decision Upon Hearing or Decision Upon Review

A. A party aggrieved by a decision upon hearing issued under R20-5-1214 or a decision upon review issued under R20-5- 1215 may seek review by commencing an action in the Supe- rior Court as provided in A.R.S. § 12-901 et seq. within 35 days from the date a copy of the decision sought to be reviewed is served personally or by regular first class mail upon the party affected.
B. A decision upon hearing issued under R20-5-1214 or a deci- sion upon review issued under R20-5-1215 is final unless a party seeks judicial review as provided under A.R.S. § 12-901 et seq.
