Section R20-5-1203. Duty to Provide Current Address

A. A complainant shall provide and keep the Labor Department advised of the complainant’s current mailing address and tele- phone number.

B. An employer under investigation by the Department shall pro- vide and keep the Labor Department advised of the employer’s current mailing address and telephone number.
