A. This Article applies to all actions and proceedings before the Commission arising under the Raise the Arizona Minimum Wage for Working Arizonans Act, as added by 2006 Proposi- tion 202, § 2.

B. The Commission shall provide a copy of this Article upon request to any person free of charge.
