A. A self-insurer shall notify the Commission in writing within 24 hours of any bankruptcy filing under federal law or insol- vency proceeding under any state’s laws.

B. A self-insurer shall notify the Commission in writing within 24 hours of any change in the ownership status or business address of the employer.
