The Division shall use the definitions, classifications, rating proce- dures, and plans specified in the rating systems filed by the rating organization used by the State Compensation Fund under A.R.S.

Title 20, Chapter 2, Article 4 in calculating the net taxable premium under A.R.S. §§ 23-961 and 23-1065.
