Section R20-5-1113. Substitution of Securities

The Commission may authorize the return a self-insurer’s security deposit with written approval from the Division. The Commission shall not authorize the return or release of security unless the self- insurer substitutes the security with new security in an amount suf- ficient to satisfy the self-insurer’s obligations under R20-5-1109.
