Section R20-5-1105. Resolution of Authorization

The Commission shall issue a Resolution of Authorization to an applicant that meets the requirements of this Article. The Commis- sion shall annually review and renew a Resolution of Authorization to self-insure. The authority to self-insure is valid and continues in effect until the Commission takes action under this Article or the self-insured terminates its authorization to self-insure under R20-5- 1136.
