Section R20-4-327. Application for Permit to Organize a New Associ- ation -- A.R.S. § 6-408

A.      Before an application is filed, the applicants shall meet with the Superintendent of Banks to discuss capitalization, location and management of the proposed savings and loan association.

B.       Applicants shall submit, upon the original filing, sufficient information in support of the application to enable the Super- intendent to make a determination without further amend- ments and additions thereto.

C.      The application shall be in the following form on legal size paper securely fastened at the top:
