  • If the Superintendent does not deny the application for permit to organize a new association on the basis of the data submitted in the application and any other information in his possession, he shall instruct the applicants to publish the following notice once each week for two successive weeks in the English language in a news- paper of general circulation published in the community in which the proposed association would be located, or if no such newspaper exists in said community, then in the county in which the proposed association would be located:

    NOTICE OF INTENT TO ORGANIZE THE

                                                                      Savings   and Loan Association. Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provi- sions of Title 6, Chapter 3 of the Arizona Revised Statutes and Rule    No.    4327     of    the    Superintendent    of     Banks,

                                                          (fill in names of applicants) have filed an application for a permit to organize a savings and loan association to be located at, or in the immediate vicinity of

    Arizona. A hearing will be held before the Superintendent of Banks at

    101, Commerce Building, 1601 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Ari- zona, at which time any person may appear, or in advance of that time any person may file communications, including briefs, with the Superintendent of Banks, in favor of or in pro- test of the application. Two copies of any such communication shall be filed.

    The publisher’s affidavits of publication of the notice shall be filed with the Superintendent prior to the hearing date.
