Under A.R.S. § 6-949 to apply for a conversion from a mortgage banker license to a mortgage broker license, the applicant shall sub- mit during the renewal period all applicable renewal documents and renewal fees required by A.R.S. §§ 6-126 and 6-903 for mortgage brokers.
