  • For each loan closed in an Arizona mortgage broker’s name with a concurrent assignment of beneficial interest to a mortgage banker,

    the mortgage banker licensee shall provide to the mortgage broker in whose name the loan closed a copy of:

    1.        The closing instructions;

    2.        Any applicable rescission notice;

    3.        The HUD-1 settlement statement;

    4.        The final truth-in-lending disclosure;

    5.        The note;

    6.        The executed deed of trust or mortgage; and

    7.        Each assignment of beneficial interest by the mortgage banker licensee.
