Section R20-4-1508. Representations of the Law

A collection agency shall not:
1. Misrepresent the state of the law to a debtor,
2. Send a debtor written material that simulates legal pro- cess, or
3. Represent or imply that a debtor is, or may be, subject to criminal prosecution or arrest because of a failure to pay the debt.
