Section R2-7-C310. Extension of Offer Acceptance Period

A. To extend the offer acceptance period, an agency chief pro- curement officer shall notify offerors in writing of an exten- sion and request written concurrence from all offerors.

B. To be eligible for a contract award, an offeror shall submit written concurrence to the extension. The agency chief pro- curement officer shall not consider the offer from an offeror who fails to respond to the notice of extension.
