Section R2-7-C304. Modification or Withdrawal of Offer Before Offer Due Date and Time

A. An offeror may modify or withdraw their offer at any time, in writing, before the offer due date and time.

B. The agency chief procurement officer shall place the docu- ment submitted in the procurement file as a record of the mod- ification or withdrawal.
