Section R2-7-B304. Modification or Withdrawal of Offer Before Offer Due Date and Time

A. An offeror may modify or withdraw its offer, in writing, before the offer due date and time.

B. The agency chief procurement officer shall place the docu- ment submitted by the offeror in the procurement file as a record of the modification or withdrawal.
