Section R2-7-603. Change of Name

If a contractor requests to change the name in which it holds a state contract, the agency chief procurement officer may, upon receipt of a document indicating name change, enter into a written amend- ment with the contractor to effect the name change. The amendment shall provide that no other terms and conditions of the contract are changed.
