Section R2-7-208. Authorization of Electronic Transactions

A. An electronic media transaction, involving an electronic record or electronic signature, is authorized if the transaction is consistent with state law.

B. The state procurement administrator may limit the use of elec- tronic transactions, based on consideration of the best interest of the state.
