Section R2-7-205. Procurement Requests by Purchasing Agencies

If a purchasing agency determines that a procurement is necessary, the purchasing agency shall submit a procurement request, in writ- ing, to the procurement officer. The procurement request shall be submitted in a manner expressly approved by the agency chief pro- curement officer.
