Section R2-7-203. Agency Chief Procurement Officer

A. An agency chief procurement officer may further delegate pro- curement authority within the purchasing agency, within the limits specified by the state procurement administrator.
B. The agency chief procurement officer shall notify the state procurement administrator in writing of employees who have delegated procurement authority.
