  • A.      A non-profit organization may request written approval from the committee for certified status as a non-profit agency for disabled individuals for the purpose of being eligible for set- aside contracts by submitting information that satisfies the cri- teria identified in A.R.S. § 41-2636(A) and 41-2636(G).

    B.       The committee shall review the information submitted and respond to the requestor in writing by:

    1.        Approving the request for certification;

    2.        Denying the request for certification; or

    3.        Requesting more information.
