Section R2-5A-308. Applicant Complaint

An applicant who has a complaint alleging discrimination or harassment relating to the procedures used in the selection or evalu- ation process shall submit the applicant complaint to the agency human resources representative within 90 days of the action giving rise to the complaint. The agency human resources representative shall evaluate the complaint and notify the applicant of the final action to be taken.
