A. Applicant shall furnish satisfactory recommendations from two former employers.

B. Consideration shall be given to applicant’s moral character and commendable conduct; to his or her ability to work with the public; to maintain public relations; to conduct the financial affairs of a library in a business-like manner; and to show will- ingness to continue his or her training.
