Section R2-20-227. Review of Administrative Decision by Commis- sion

A. Within 30 days after the date OAH sends a copy of the ALJ’s decision to the Commission, the Commission may review the ALJ’s decision and accept, reject or modify the decision.
B. If the Commission declines to review the ALJ’s decision, the Commission shall serve a copy of the decision on all parties. If the Commission modifies or rejects the decision, the Commis- sion shall file with OAH and serve on all parties, a copy of the ALJ’s decision with the rejection or modification and a written justification setting forth the reasons for the rejection or modi- fication. If the Commission accepts, rejects or modifies the decision, the Commission’s decision will be certified as final.
C. If the Commission does not accept, reject or modify the deci- sion within 30 days after OAH sends the ALJ’s decision to the Commission, the ALJ’s decision will be certified as final.
