Section R2-19-107. Computing Time

In computing any time period, the Office shall exclude the day from which the designated time period begins to run. The Office shall include the last day of the period unless it falls on a Saturday, Sun- day, or legal holiday. When the time period is 10 days or less, the Office shall exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
