A. In accordance with A.R.S. §§ 41-1376 and 41-1379, the Office shall recommend a resolution to a complaint when a com- pleted investigation results in a finding of “substantiated” or “partially substantiated.”
B. The Office shall not recommend that a specific employee dis- ciplinary action be imposed.
