Section R2-1-802. Transportation Program Reimbursement Sub- sidy Eligibility

The Director shall pay a reimbursement subsidy on behalf of an eli- gible employee who:

1.        Commutes by public or private transportation;

2.        Is enrolled in a transportation program; and

3.        Has authorized payroll deductions under A.R.S. § 38- 612(B)(9).
