Section R19-3-567. Controversies Involving Lottery Claims Against the Contractor

If the procurement officer is unable to resolve, by mutual agree- ment, a claim asserted by the Lottery against a contractor, the pro- curement officer shall seek resolution under A.R.S. § 41-1092.07.

The procurement officer shall furnish a copy of the claim to the Director.
