Section R19-3-543. Change of Name

If a contractor requests to change the name in which it holds a Lot- tery contract, the procurement officer may, upon receipt of a docu- ment indicating name change and any other information requested by the procurement officer in the best interest of the Lottery con- cerning the name change, enter into a written amendment with the contractor to effect the name change. The amendment shall provide that no other terms and conditions of the contract are changed.
