A. Not less than 50 percent of the total annual revenue accruing from the sale of on-line game tickets shall be deposited in the state lottery prize fund for payment of prizes to the holders of winning tickets.

B. If an on-line game is terminated for any reason, any remaining prize monies shall be held by the Lottery for a period of 180 days from the date of the last drawing and then used for addi- tional prizes in any other Lottery game.
