Section R19-2-408. ADWP Licensing

A.      The following individuals shall be licensed as required by the Department:

1.        An individual with at least 10 percent ownership interest in the ADW; and

2.        All ADWP employees working in Arizona.

B.       An ADWP shall ensure that all ADWP employees working in another jurisdiction are licensed as required by that jurisdic- tion.
