Section R19-2-404. Application for ADWP Permit; Plan of Opera- tion

Before operating advance deposit wagering in Arizona, a person shall submit to the Department an application for an ADWP permit and a plan of operation. The Department shall issue an ADWP per- mit for no more than three years. An ADWP permit shall expire when the racing permit expires. If necessary, the Department may request additional information regarding any plan of operation.
