A. As required under A.R.S. § 4-202(C), a licensee shall provide notice to the Department and file a manager's agreement within 30 days after a change in manager.

B. If a licensee is designated as the manager, the licensee shall comply with subsection (A) when the licensee will be away from the licensed premises, while under normal operating con- ditions, for more than 30 days.
C. This Section is authorized by A.R.S. § 4-202(C).
