Section R18-9-A308. Violations and Enforcement For On-site Waste- water Treatment Facilities

A. A person who owns or operates an on-site wastewater treat- ment facility contrary to the provisions of a Type 4 General Permit is subject to the enforcement actions under A.R.S. § 49-261;

B. A person who violates this Article or a specific term of a gen- eral permit for an on-site wastewater treatment facility is sub- ject to enforcement actions under A.R.S. § 49-261.
