A. The Department shall conduct an inspection of a permitted facility as specified under A.R.S. § 41-1009.

B. Except as provided in R18-9-A308, a person who owns or operates a facility contrary to a provision of Articles 1, 2, and 3 of this Chapter, violates a condition of an Aquifer Protection Permit, or violates a condition of a Groundwater Quality Pro- tection Permit continued under R18-9-105(A)(1) is subject to the enforcement actions established under A.R.S. Title 49, Chapter 2, Article 4.
