Section R18-5-405. Responsibility of subdivider

Where plans for a subdivision include a public water supply sys- tem, or public sewerage system, it shall be the responsibility of the subdivider to provide the facilities to each lot in the subdivision prior to human occupancy. The installation of such facilities shall be in accordance with plans, or any revisions thereof, approved by the Department.
