Section R18-2-1704. Notice of Types and Amounts of HAPs

An owner or operator of a source subject to this Article shall pro- vide the Director with notice, in a permit application, of the types and amounts of HAPs emitted by the source. The notice shall include readily available data regarding emissions from the source. The Director shall not require the owner or operator to conduct per- formance tests, sampling, or monitoring to fulfill the requirements of this Section.
