Section R18-2-1417. Criteria and Procedures: Compliance with PM10 Control Measures

During all periods any FHWA or FTA project shall comply with PM10 control measures in the applicable implementation plan. This condition is satisfied if control measures (for the purpose of limit-

ing PM10 emissions from the construction activities or normal use and operation associated with the project) contained in the applica-

ble implementation plan are included in the final plans, specifica- tions, and estimates for the project.
