Section R18-15-402. Water Supply Development Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan

A. The Authority annually shall develop and publish a Water Supply Development Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan that identifies the intended uses of funds available in the Water Supply Development Revolving Fund Program. The Intended Use Plan shall include the project priority list according to R18-15-403 and specify whether funds are available to subsi- dize the projects. The Authority is not required to prepare a Water Supply Development Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan if funds are not adequate to assist any projects or if the Committee determines that no financial assistance will be offered for the annual funding cycle.
B. The Authority shall provide for a public review and written comment period of the draft Water Supply Development Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan for a minimum of 14 cal- endar days. The Authority shall summarize all written com- ments submitted and prepare responses for Committee review. After review of the summary, the Committee shall make any appropriate changes to the Plan and then adopt the Water Sup- ply Development Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan at a pub- lic meeting.
