Section R18-12-602. Applicability

A.      Effective Date. This Article applies to applications and direct payment requests submitted after the effective date of these rules. Notwithstanding this effective date, the  Department shall evaluate the costs associated with a direct payment request under R18-12-606 related to a preapproval work plan approved before the effective date of these rules in accordance with the Department’s preapproval, and the Department may terminate an approved preapproval application and the associ- ated work plan under R18-12-605(G).

B.       Exception. These rules do not supersede any provisions gov- erning applications or direct payment requests in an order of the Director or a court of competent jurisdiction.
