A. A licensee shall submit electronic fuel tax reports to the Department through the Fuel Tax Suite.

B. The filing deadline is 5:00 p.m. (Arizona Mountain Standard Time) on the 27th day of each calendar month, or, if such day is a Saturday, Sunday, or Arizona legal holiday, the next fol- lowing business day.
